Our very own small-town activist, Betty Perrin NeSmith is solely responsible for managing the content and for the opinions expressed in the blog on this website.
She is the founding member of Grassroots of Tarboro and is driven by a strong desire to be an asset to the community and to help in the revitalization process of Tarboro, North Carolina.
She has been a resident, property owner and business owner in Tarboro for 3 years. She moved here with her husband and internet-based business from Beaufort County and has lived in North Carolina for 13 years.
